RETURNS & EXCHANGES

This section applies exclusively to orders delivered within the territory of the United Arab Emirates.

RETURNS

  1. The Customer may request a return of a product within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.

  2. Returned products must be: • unused, • clean, • free from odors (e.g. perfumes, cosmetics), • with original tags attached.

  3. Products made to order, customized, or produced according to the Customer’s individual specifications are not eligible for return or refund.

  4. Returns within the United Arab Emirates are collected by courier at the Seller’s expense.

  5. To initiate a return, the Customer must contact Customer Support and arrange a courier pickup.

  6. Refunds are processed after the returned goods have been received and inspected.

  7. Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.


EXCHANGES

  1. Products may be exchanged within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.

  2. The conditions for exchange are the same as for returns (unused, clean, original tags attached, no odors).

  3. Exchanges within the United Arab Emirates are collected by courier at the Seller’s expense.

  4. Exchanged products are produced and shipped under standard order conditions.

  5. The estimated delivery time for exchanged items is 7–10 business days from confirmation of the exchange.

  6. Products made to order or customized are not eligible for exchange.


COMPLAINTS (DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS)

  1. If a product is found to be defective or not in conformity with the sales contract, the Customer has the right to submit a complaint.

  2. Proof of purchase is required to submit a complaint.

  3. Complaints within the United Arab Emirates are collected by courier at the Seller’s expense.

  4. Upon acceptance of the complaint, the Seller may offer one of the following solutions: • repair of the product, • replacement with a new product, • refund of the purchase price.

  5. Refunds related to complaints are processed within 14 days from the date of acceptance of the complaint.

  6. Due to the unique and limited nature of some products, replacement may not always be possible. In such cases, a refund will be issued.
