Hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”, “Company” or “Babich Fashion Designer”.

II. DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• Customer – any natural or legal person who places an order via the online store.
• Consumer – a Customer acting for purposes outside their business or profession.
• Online Store – the e-commerce platform operated under the brand Yuliya Babich.
• Goods – all products offered for sale through the Online Store.
• Order – a declaration of intent submitted by the Customer to purchase Goods.
• Sales Contract – a legally binding contract concluded electronically between the Seller and the Customer.
• Terms – these Terms and Conditions.

III. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. These Terms govern the use of the Online Store and the conditions for placing orders, concluding sales contracts, payments, deliveries, returns, and complaints.

2. The Online Store operates in accordance with applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection and Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.

3. Information provided on the Online Store, including product descriptions, prices, and availability, constitutes an invitation to submit an offer and does not constitute a binding offer.

4. All prices are displayed in EUR or AED (where applicable) and are exclusive of customs duties or import taxes that may apply in the Customer’s country.

5. The Seller reserves the right to update product information, prices, and availability at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed.

IV. USE OF THE ONLINE STORE

1. Customers may place orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

2. Placing an order requires acceptance of these Terms.

3. The Customer undertakes to:
   • provide accurate and complete information;
   • refrain from unlawful use of the Online Store;
   • not interfere with the technical operation of the Online Store;
   • use all content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

V. CONCLUSION OF THE SALES CONTRACT

1. An Order is placed by adding Goods to the cart and completing the checkout process.

2. Submission of an Order constitutes an offer to purchase Goods.

3. The Sales Contract is concluded upon email confirmation sent by the Seller.

4. The Seller reserves the right to reject an Order in case of incorrect data, lack of payment, or suspected fraud.

VI. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ajman, UAE.
